2. Injection molding process melt temperature: The melt temperature plays a major role in the activity of the melt. Because plastic does not have a detailed melting point, the so-called melting point is a temperature range in the molten state. The structure and composition of plastic molecular chains are different, so The influence on its activity is also different. The rigid molecular chain is more obviously affected by temperature, such as PC, PPS, etc., while the activity of flexible molecular chains, such as PA, PP, PE, etc. is not obvious after changing the temperature. Information to adjust the reasonable temperature of the injection molded parts.


3. Injection mold process mold temperature: Some plastic materials require higher mold temperature due to high crystallization temperature and slow crystallization speed, and some require higher temperature or lower temperature due to the size and deformation control or the need for demolding. For example, PCs generally request 60 degrees or more, and PPS sometimes requires 160 or more degrees in order to achieve better appearance and improve mobility. Therefore, the mold temperature is inevitable to improve the appearance, deformation and size of the product, and the rubber mold. effect.


4. Injection pressure of injection molding process: The resistance required for the melt to restrain the travel directly affects the size, weight and deformation of the product. Different plastic products require different injection pressures. For information such as PA and PP, increasing the pressure will cause Its mobility is significantly improved, and the injection pressure determines the density of the product, that is, the appearance of gloss. It does not have a fixed value, and the harder the mold is filled, the higher the pressure of the injection molded part.
